Case Status (Online Case Tracking)
Give your clients and other Agents our web address, or put a link on your own website. A secure username and Password is generated for each matter so that, when your party logs in they will be able to see the progress of the case and look up the date for each activity. This service is available for just £10 per month.
Reporting
With this feature it is easy for management to keep tabs on the progress of your matters. Reports and charts can be generated in seconds so you can see at a glance who has been doing what and when they did it.
Contact Database
Define and store an unlimited number of contacts, for example Estate Agents Financial advisers etc. When you open a new matter select the correct contacts so that when documents are produced they contain all of the relevant details.
